Required with each trailer rental. This is due upon the quote being electronically accepted.

Customer’s Responsibility on Arrival

Customer must provide appropriate electrical power and access to running water attached to a garden hose near the trailer location unless previously discussed otherwise.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This order contains a restroom trailer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide appropriate electrical power unless discussed otherwise.

Power requirements are stated in the item description in this contract.

The trailer must be placed on a level area not more than 100 feet from the main power source.

Power must remain on continuously during winter months when outside temperatures may reach freezing.

Any damages caused by frozen water lines or fixtures will be the customer’s responsibility.

The customer is responsible for providing running water connected via a garden hose to the restroom trailer location.

This water is used for handwashing sinks and flushing.

In freezing temperatures, the internal fresh water tank must be used instead of a hose.

The restroom trailer must remain clear and accessible for service vehicles at all times.

The restroom trailer may not be moved or removed from the delivery location without prior written permission from Savon Luxury.

Power Requirements

The trailer requires access to a 120V outlet.

If temperatures are below 32°F, access to a 240V outlet or two separate 120V outlets on different breakers is required unless otherwise stated.

The customer agrees to be responsible for any loss or damage to the restroom trailer, except for reasonable wear and tear, while it remains at the delivered site.

The restroom trailer is delivered free of visible damage or graffiti.

Any damage occurring during the rental period will be charged to the customer.

For rentals longer than one week, waste tank servicing will be required on a weekly basis.

Cleaning includes replacement of necessary paper products.

Emergency service visits may be charged separately.

Cancellation Policy

Once reserved, all rental items are held exclusively for your event.

Deposits are non-refundable.

All payments are forfeited if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event.

Permits and Licenses

Customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for any required permits or licenses.

Savon Luxury is not responsible if the event is shut down due to missing permits.

Grant of Access

Customer agrees to allow Savon Luxury access to the property for delivery, servicing, and removal of rental equipment.

Identification

Customer agrees that Savon Luxury branding, logos, and trade names may appear on rented equipment.

Inspection

Customer agrees to inspect all items upon delivery and verify quantity and condition.

Acceptance confirms satisfactory condition.

If the customer or their representative is unavailable at delivery, Savon Luxury’s count shall be considered accurate and binding.

Warranties

Savon Luxury makes no expressed or implied warranties regarding suitability for customer’s intended use.

Use and Care

Customer agrees to understand proper usage before operating any equipment.

Customer is responsible for loss or damage due to theft, vandalism, or misuse until possession is returned to Savon Luxury.

Acceptance of Risk

All equipment is used at the customer’s own risk.

Savon Luxury shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by use of the equipment or due to natural events including but not limited to weather conditions.

Subcontracting

Savon Luxury reserves the right to subcontract any part of its services.

Insurance

Certificate of insurance is available upon request.

Additional insured options may be available.

Alteration of Equipment

Any equipment returned in an altered or excessively dirty condition may incur additional cleaning or repair charges.

Disputes

All disputes shall be handled in the appropriate local court jurisdiction.
